News & Notes

(Firstly, thanks to my buddy Daniel of for the concept/layout of this series of posts. He runs an excellent site, and I am much appreciative of his permission to borrow his concept.)

News & Notes:
NFL: Former Ravens head coach Brian Billick reportedly interviewed for the Eagles vacant head coaching position. Maybe it's time for Brian to get back to the sidelines, when he makes errors like this.
NFL: Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski is likely to be out for the rest of the playoffs, after suffering what is believed to be a broken arm.
NCAAF: NFL fans can breath easy; Brian Kelly is NOT heading to the pros. After interviewing for the Eagles position and a report that there was "mutual interest" between the two sides, it was announced that Kelly is staying at Notre Dame.
NFL DraftL Three members of the championship-winning Crimson Tide are heading to the NFL. Both star junior corner Dee Milliner and junior right tackle D.J. Fluker are projected to be first-round selections, while junior running back Eddie Lacy is the #1 player at the position, but it still projected to land outside the first round.

Question of the Day: [Post your answer in the comments]
Of the remaining four teams in the NFL playoffs, which is most likely to win the Super Bowl?

1 comment:

  1. I don't think any of the four teams is head and shoulders above any other, but I think the 49ers have a slight edge right now.
