Jen Lapicki Hired as Holy Cross Head Coach

Former Princeton assistant coach Jen Lapicki has been named as the new head coach at Holy Cross, the school announced Friday. The position is Lapicki's first as a collegiate head coach.

With a resume that includes stops as an assistant at Princeton and Iona, Lapicki spent the last year as a travel ball head coach in Farmingdale, New Jersey.

As a player, Lapicki played at Tennessee and Florida State, earning SEC all-freshman honors with the Lady Vols in 2008 and being named a member of the ACC all-conference team as a senior in 2011.

Lapicki takes over a program that won just eight games in 2016 and fifty-three games since 2012. The Crusaders finished sixth out of seven teams in the Patriot League standings in '16.
