Kansas Adds Binghamton Transfer Sarah Miller

Kansas and head coach Megan Smith announced the addition of former Binghamton pitcher Sarah Miller to the Jayhawks' incoming class for 2017.

Miller was a Justin's World preseason player to watch prior to the 2016 campaign and was eventually named an America East all-conference selection after the season, her sophomore year.

As the emerging staff ace as a freshman in 2015, Miller led the league with eleven victories and helped lead the Bearcats to their first-ever NCAA tournament appearance.

In 2016, Miller posted a 3.32 ERA with fifteen victories and a .273 opponent's batting average in 135 innings of work.

At Kansas, she joins a pitching staff that recorded a 2.90 staff ERA last season and is led by fellow junior hurler Andie Formby, herself an East Coast transfer that earned all-region honors in 2016.
