Saint Francis junior Jordan Seneca has been named the JWOS Player of the Week after yet another powerful weekend showing.
Seneca earned her way into the NCAA's all-time record book after hitting two grand slams in one of her team's games vs. Texas Tech. She became just the eleventh player in NCAA history to accomplish the feat.
The Red Flash star added another home run to finish the week with a slash line of .444/3/10. Three of her four hits went over the fence, while she was also walked seven times.
With the bombs, Seneca now leads the nation with fifteen home runs, while her forty-five RBI are also atop the nationwide charts.
The JWOS Player of the Week award is Seneca's first, as well as the first to be awarded to a player from the Northeast Conference.
