Her thirteen home runs as a seniorranked second-most in single-season program history, while her thirty-one career home runs were good enough for second all-time in the program's history. Dani earned all-Atlantic Sun first-team honors in 2015, prior to the Norse's conference change.
Here’s something interesting… Devlin's brother, Paddy, is a redshirt freshman wide receiver for the South Dakota State Jackrabbits, who are currently ranked #4 in the nation in the Football Championship Series (FCS). Her father also played Division 1 sports, for the Central Connecticut State basketball team.
Quotable quote: “Not everything is going to go your way. You can hit 10 line drives and there will always be someone diving after a ball to put you back in the dugout. Life is pretty similar, but you have to keep grinding for that one ball that drops. Just be patient and keep working - success comes to those who hustle.”
What’s she up to now? Since graduating from NKU, Dani works in business development for an IT consulting firm in Illinois. She also coaches the District 219 Slammers 14u travel ball team.
